crafting immersive websites, AI experiences and digital products — from the first sketch to the live URL.

I design and build websites that actually work — from cinematic studio sites to full online stores with real payments and delivery. Same care every time: clean code, considered design, and an obsession with the small details nobody is supposed to notice.

Challenge
Agency sites tend to look static and forgettable — nothing on the page signals actual technical craft.
Solution
A React Three Fiber hero scene, GSAP ScrollTrigger motion throughout, and case studies for LUNARA, PharmaAI and my own studio site presented as chapters instead of cards.
Result
Live concept site, and the visual language the rest of my work now builds on.

LUNARA

Luxury E-commerce

Next.jsThree.jsZustandFramer MotionTailwind CSS
Challenge
Premium products lose their tactility online. A flat product grid makes a €400 object feel like a €40 one.
Solution
A champagne-and-midnight visual language, an interactive 3D viewer you can turn in your hands, and a complete cart-to-checkout flow that never breaks the mood.
Result
A full commerce experience where the product presentation carries the price tag.

Pharmacie Bien Être

Production E-commerce

ReactViteSupabaseOpenAI APITypeScript
Challenge
A local pharmacy needed to genuinely sell online — inventory, payment, delivery, staff workflow — not a catalog page with a phone number.
Solution
A full storefront with cart and checkout, an admin dashboard the staff run themselves, an AI shopping assistant for product questions, and ZR Express delivery wired straight into the order flow.
Result
Built, handed over, and currently in pre-launch with the pharmacy team.

Gallery & Commissions

ReactViteSupabaseFramer MotionTailwind CSS
Challenge
Independent artists get lost on marketplaces and lose the commission conversation to a comment thread.
Solution
A scroll-driven gallery that treats each piece like it's hung on a wall, plus a Supabase-backed admin panel so new work goes up without a developer.
Result
The artist publishes and manages their own catalogue — no developer in the loop.

Hospitality

Next.jsTypeScriptTailwind CSSCloudflare Workers
Challenge
Hotel café pages are usually a stock photo and a PDF menu. Nothing on them suggests the coffee is worth the walk.
Solution
Full-bleed photography, an editorial serif voice, and a menu set like a printed card — espresso, breakfast, pastries — with gallery, hours and directions folded into the same page.
Result
A complete hospitality build, and the template I pitch café and restaurant work from.
SBM GmbH — B2B Consulting

B2B Consulting

Next.jsTypeScriptTailwind CSSCloudflare Workers
Challenge
Grant consultancies all sell the same promise. With no proof on the page, a visitor can't tell competence from marketing copy.
Solution
A dark, data-forward layout that leads with the numbers — approval rate, programmes tracked, network size — then backs them with case studies carrying real figures and a numbered service breakdown.
Result
A finished B2B build showing how far restraint carries a technical service.

Challenge
Tax firms want to read as established and modern at once, and usually land on neither — a dated template, or a startup voice that undercuts the trust.
Solution
Deep navy and a serif headline set for weight, Lenis smooth scroll for pacing, services written in plain German, and an appointment CTA reachable from every scroll depth.
Result
A build that carries decades of practice without looking like it was made decades ago.

Local Business

Next.jsGSAPLenisTailwind CSSCloudflare Workers
Challenge
Barbershops live on Instagram and lose every booking to a DM. The site has to actually take the appointment, not just look good.
Solution
GSAP ScrollTrigger motion over a black-and-gold identity, an interactive before/after slider, six priced services, three package tiers, team profiles, and a booking form that routes to phone, email or WhatsApp.
Result
Pricing, booking and social proof resolved in a single scroll.

Challenge
Having built one Kanzlei site dark and editorial, I wanted to prove the structure held up as more than a single styling trick.
Solution
Navy and gold on cream instead of dark on dark, a centred Playfair headline, GSAP scroll motion, and the same appointment-first architecture rebuilt around a lighter, calmer voice.
Result
A companion piece to Paatzsch — one brief, two distinct answers.

02 — About

Who is Majda?

I'm a Computer Science student and creative developer from Algeria, running my own studio — majda_dev — while I finish my degree. Theory in the morning, deploys at night.

I care about the half of the craft nobody credits: how a page feels a hundred milliseconds after you land on it, whether a checkout survives a bad connection, whether the person running the site can update it without calling me.

The rest of the time I'm pushing into 3D, motion and AI — the corners where the web still feels genuinely new.
